ahahha
dude got tatooed plain and simple
now lets see if he can make a comeback
When I rewatched this fight, I noticed how everyone was saying he was dominating this fight at the beginning, not true.
JuanMa was ahead on the score cards but he shouldn't have been. He was getting tagged with big shots, didn't really land anything of significance against Salido and then finally the knock down came.
I don't think this fight was as close as people and the announcers were making it to be. If you watch the fight closely,Salido was imposing his will on JuanMa slowly but surely.
JuanMa can't stop the right hand and this wasn't the first time it happened with him. He has some serious fundamental flaws and I don't know if they can be fixed. He needs to go back to the drawing board and start all over in his approach.
Agreed, Salido throught the whole fight was landing cleaner harder punches. Salido was fighting smart waiting for his openings and taking advantage of Juanma's flaws every single time. Once he saw what Juanma had he stepped on the gas pressured Juanma and took him out.
I've have always thought that Juanma was a good solid punch away from losing, he has horrible defense and fights ******. I also don't think that he can fix his flaws, he is what he is and even with better traines he won't improve much. He will never be an Elite fighter.
the guy has a great mentality, no excuses, I don't know why that doesn't extend to wanting to fight the best and clear out divisions...................
He needed that loss imo.He needs to work on his defense.Maybe now he can train properly & stop acting like he was God's gift to that island.BTW,I think Gamboa's dose of reality isn't too far off either.
Juanma is going to have a tough time beating Salido in a rematch, I think Salido has a very good chance at stopping him again.

I wonder how JuanMa goes through sparring sessions with his chin up and sloppy defense and nobody picks up on how OPEN the kid is especially when he is trading shots. This is something that needs to be drilled into him if he is going to survive those exchanges with a ****er.
