Shane will punch hard but he'll get touched up pretty good by Ortiz too.

Ortiz will throw more and be the more active fighter.

If Ortiz isn't out of there by round 6, the KO is slim to none.

Mosley will gas and Ortiz will shine.

Mosley still has the speed, still has the power to beat Ortiz, but he does not have the stamina to go 12 with a young guy.

Same reason he's going to lose to Pac over 12.
You forgot that only happened once, against Floyd

Mosely was the aggressor during the late rounds of the Cotto fight.

I'll give you the Mora fight. It was awkward style match-up.

          Victor has no jab.

Shane has always been beaten by guys with jabs.

          That's the key.

You come in with no jab and Shane will time you.

He may have been the aggressor late in the Cotto fight, but he landed nothing substantial and was open to be hit.

After the early rounds Mosley loses a lot of his pop. He starts slowing at about the 6th round and starts throwing arm punches at about the 8th.

It's just a pattern in his recent fights.

While I do think the Jab is instrumental, I think if Ortiz can work on the inside and not get caught during the early rounds he can definitely outwork Mosley down the stretch.

I don't want to underrate Mosley, but come on. He's clearly not himself anymore. A Mosley 3 or 4 years ago? Probably, but not current Mosley.

Now people are going to assume Ortiz is some come forward brawler, lol.

I think Mosley is far enough gone that Ortiz would beat him in a fight similar to Cotto-Mosley in how close it is.

Noone thought he would do what he did to Berto on Sat. Mosley is better but how better at this age???? And after he gets trashed by Pacquiao, what will be left of him???? Not much I know that.

Vic lacks a jab....without a jab, you don't beat Shane unless you some extra special talent like a Floyd or Roy....Shane puts Vic to sleep quicker than he did Marg imo

if shane connects, victor's done. but idk, just like he was the underdog on saturday night, anything can happen. plus, shane is ****ing old, he isn't the same fighter, manny will prove he is done. if mora and cotto can beat mosley, i'm pretty sure ortiz can try to find a way to win as well. he's not a ****** kid, he's got skills, and just like collazo's blueprint, he can try and ATTEMPT a blueprint on beating mosley. i say toss up cause of mosley's age. if mosley was 2 or 3 years younger, like around margos fight, mosley by murder...it's not the same anymore though

Right now??I'd give Ortiz a 50% chance of winning bro.Mosley just doesn't have it no more & Ortiz went to England & came back with some kinda roots & reloaded.
