Also a Cotto rematch isnt THAT far from reality.. Especially with Cotto having a title.

This Top Rank- Golden Boy "war" is getting more than tiresome.

Both companies need to step up- apologize and move on. GBP has said some things that were low and so has Arum. Both sides are equally at fault and deserve an equal share of the blame.

This on-going dispute is hurting the sport because of all the blockbuster matches that can't be made. Neither company is going to become the UFC of boxing anytime soon, so they need to come together before they do anymore damage.

Pacquiao is a beast. Marquez is a beast. Let's have the boys rumble. As fans- the ones who pay the money- we want good fights in the ring, not all this foolish drama that belongs on daytime television.

I think Bradley will be fighting Khan by this summer/fall. Cotto and Margarito will fight this fall.

          Which leaves Cintron...

Tim Bradley's promotional contract with Gary Shaw runs out next month and Tim wants Manny, Arum makes it no secret he wants Bradley to be a Top Rank fighter. If Marquez stays as a free agent and takes the fight he's been yapping about claiming he wants for years, then Bradley can fight Senchenko or Zaveck (assuming Bradley-Khan is out) and take their straps as his first fight under TR and that sets up a unification bout with Manny next Spring.

Cintron is being saved for Cotto next Summer. Pacquiao might fight the winner of Cotto-Cintron next fall for the lineal belt at 154.

seems unlikely since he's fighting margarito in September, unless pac wants to sit out until next year which I don't see happening.

I'll tell you this much, If Marquez suddenly stops being the front runner for Pac's next opponent then It would speak volumes about who's really not interested in doing business with whom.

                  Two things I see happening.

                  1. GBP stepping aside and letting Top Rank do the PPV. They offered this for JMM and would more than likely do the same for Ortiz

                  2. Arum would either sign Bradley or work with Shaw. The only problem is I really see Bradley losing to Khan, killing a Pacquiao vs Bradley November showdown.

You do raise an interesting topic though. Alot of the guys I thought that would make good opponents have been slowly getting clipped. I was hoping for WIlliams...he got KTFO. Then I was hoping for Berto...he just got beat. I also wouldn't mind seeing a fight against Bradley but Khan is beating him, and luckly Marquez isn't facing Judah as he could have lost that fight as well.

A wildcard thats out there is Alfredo Angulo. They could do it in Mexico and the fact that El Perro is a top JMW, and his style mixed with Manny's would make for fireworks.....I see him as the best "Non-GBP" option.
