    Ebo Elder Ko's Courtney Burton

What a fight. Elder could hardly see with a cut and his face all swollen. Plust he was penalized a point for low blows. He showed some great heart after taking those shots early in the 12th and coming back to score a brutal KO. I don't think Elder is that great of a fighter, but he is fun to watch.

Neither of those guys will hold a major belt, but they put on a tough show.

I would have to see this fight just elevated Ebo to a higher level. Burton isnt exactly a top tier fighter but he is a decent fighter and has an awkward style. Plus he was bigger and was hitting Elders with the bigger shots. I couldnt believe it when Elders got him in the 12th round. The guys got some stamina to be able to lay so much pressure on him in the last few rounds of the fight.

Elder is a tough kid who will always have dates on ESPN. When matched right he can be fun to watch, but I cant see him beating any of the big dogs at 140.

Both fighters are low top 10 fighters.

I think this propells Elder into a potential title fight, and the top guys at 140 would probably take the fight because Elder is not enough of a threat to wim, but he makes exciting fights.

yeah that was a really good fight!! I couldnt believe that Burton got KO'ed like that at the very end...the drama!!! I had it 105-103 for Burton before Ebo took the matter out of the judges hands.
Okay, is nobody gonna say ANYTHING about the praying?? That's more shocking (the silence) than the ko!
