To be honest with you, I think Berto would have a tough time with Citron for three reasons:

The height advantage
The Power (leverage)
Citron is a pretty good boxer

Cintron hasn't won a fight by murder against anyone in the top 10. Honestly, who's the last guy he really knocked out that had an actual pulse.

I don't see Cintron beating Berto. He isn't mentally there enough to do it.

Cintron would KO Berto IMO, If this fight had happen right before Berto was looking at 140 for his next victim i believe he would have got KO by Cintron but thats if a hard working cintron turns up though.
