Of course there is. If a home fighter is being unfairly favoured in close fights he's winning, it stands to reason that he's also gonna be unfairly favoured in close fights he's losing.

But I am talking mostly in general terms here, as I don't think there's been much evidence of this specific to Ward's career.

That won't save him. While a Ward shutout victory remains the most likely outcome I can see Abraham retireing on his stool because he's gonna get dominated like never before (and Dirrel and Froch already dominated him but Ward'll destroy him).

LA is a better Home crowd then Germany you actually have the Armenians there.

I hope Abraham listens to his coach this time around and throws some punches.

I agree I think ward is gonna wreck that soft body of his, the only thing that scares me is the fact that ward doesn't have the length to dominate him from the outside like Direll and Froch did, so he's gonna have to walk into the fire but he has good reflexes so he'll be alright...Stay close or stay far Andre...that in between space is where abraham can get ya.

Maybe King Arthur is counting on his fans to pull a Tonya Harding on Ward. In order to slow Ward down Arthur's fans can beat him on the legs with two-by-fours on his way to ring so Ward won't embarrass the King. And as far as the Bika-Ward fight is concerned. I won't go as far as stating that Bika won the fight. But he sure as hell won more then two rounds.
