I won't count mayweather but I would put him at the top. Pac is 1, Mosley, Ortiz, Berto, I wanna put Jones at number 5, but senchenko and zaveck both have belts, but Jones is better, you could put Ortiz number 2, impressive win from moving up from jww, has the wbc belt.

For me it's pretty cut and dry, Mayweather's still there despite inactivity mainly due to the fact that the WW division is a thin one, that's also the reason why Mosley's still in there even though it's been 2 years since his last win. Outside of this top 5 is just all prospects like Kell Brook, Mike Jones, Mike Alvarado, etc.
