Are you a paid shill for Bob Arum or something?

Otherwise it makes no sense why you are so against the fans getting the fights they want and getting good undercards to watch.

what planet have you been on these past few months? How is gbp's stock rising and top rank taking losses when the stacked golden boy card for morales-maidana sold 1\5th what cotto-mayorga did (under 50k compared to 250k) and berto-ortiz had under 2k tickets sold? On top of that, top rank won the battle for donaire.

That's before you consider that arum brokered a deal to feature boxing on cbs primetime and pacquiao has 2 fights (maybe 3) that will break the 1 million buy barrier and cotto-margarito 2 (first fight did around 500k buys). Gbp has and will not do anything that can even remotely challenge any of that.

see...this is the difference. ur talking about money. i care nothing about that. im talking about the fights they put on and how the fans react to them. i could care less about how much money top rank or golden boy make, what i do care about are the cards they throw and the fighters they have in their stables and the fights they make. in that regards, golden boy's stock this year has been on a steady rise.

seriously, only people i see defending scumbag arum's company are old folks or *******s...cotto and pacquiao's fights sell because there fanbase consists of their entire native country. they're older now, and soon to retire, so we'll see how great they do without them.

see, this is what i'm saying. *******s will only be able to bring that up in order to make em feel like everything related to manny pacquiao is still the best. no one is going to remember and say "wow, remember the numbers this fight and that fight did" everyone is going to talk about what a stacked card and great night of boxing that was. i like manny and cotto, but they haven't fought in an exciting fight in over a year. it is what it is, gbp has better fights, it's an opinion at the end of the day...just how they say it i guess, "haters gonna hate."

I hear you bro GBP has put on good fights this year but let's not forget: Rios KO over Acosta, Segura KO over Calderon II, Gamboa KO over Solis, Donaire KO over Montiel & the upset of the year Juanma vs Salido. All pretty good scaps with good finishes.

                my take

imo it was 2 b level fighters who put on a great fight, much in the same way of gatti/ward

they should have a rematch tho, if there is one.
or maybe maidana move up and fight victor again

You ****** clown. It's only on a site like BoxingScene that you would be allowed to write such garbage without the men in white coats coming for you. Although, thinking about it, maybe you are already there and they allow yoyu computer time as therapy. Your rubbish sounds like it.

You should talk boxing sometime you might get to like it, and it will help your rehabilitation if that is deemed helpful.
                  Stop whining you b1tch.

I clearly explained why I can't stand that ****head Bob Arum.

You replied to that post, what's the matter, can't you read ?

Arum is a dirty lying low-down bastard.

And, I am more than entitled to post my opinion on this website

                    I hear ya.

But it should only be *******s.

Old folks like me that have been putting up with Bob Arum's **** for more than three decades, should have more common-sense.

                      Very incongruous statements.

                      "I don't care about money"
                      "Golden Boy's stock is rising"

Either you don't know what it means when a company's stock rises or you need to choose your terms better.
