The answer is Paul Williams, who is always in a fight that's exciting, even if he beats the hell out of his opponent. Even when he got knocked out he got knocked out in memorable fashion. The man knows no other way to fight.

Zab Judah is rarely in a boring fight, he's an exciting (albeit flawed) fighter and Ortiz is semi-entertaining.

Most of the rest like Dirrell, Ward, Mayweather, Hopkins etc are all boring to watch.
