Arum making excuses for Juanma when Lopez didn't do any for him.

Lopez is a pro and gets paid well, he should had been in shape even when he is not fighting. Lopez bad defense would eventually catch up with him which it did.

Lopez has to go on the comeback trail unless he can get a rematch and work on some technical issues.

Loses are a part of boxing, hell Salido has a bunch of loses and look how well he looked and performed

Stop with the excuses. Salido's right hand is the one that hurt JuanMa.

For as much as I would like to believe something was affecting his performance none of that is Salidos fault Salido came out did his job and pulled out the upset nothing else matters now mad props to Salido and his team and his Mexican people I hope Juanma learns from this and comes back stronger, now about him fighting in PR again doesnt he realize everytime he fights in PR he fights like **** plus Salido deserves to fight in Mexico in his home turf for the defense whats fair is fair

Cotto of course got better, and no doubt Juanma to will get better, difference on who will have the better career lies on the fact that Cotto is a quitter and Juanma is not.

Of course Ill give him the benefit of the doubt with the plaster and all. We will have to see how he does in the margarito rematch.
Feather fisted Corley? Corley is probably one of the few fighters that took it to Mayweather and had him stunned a couple of times. Couldn't front on Corley back then. He almost put Cotto out, if Miguel didn't do his mayday, low blow, get out of trouble move. Cotto has been in way bigger fights than Juanma. Salido was probably one of his biggest fights and Lopez lost that one. I'm not a Cotto fan but have to respect the fights he put out there. Lopez is not on his level. I don't know the minds of all Puerto Ricans on the Island but Cotto got mad respect from them all over.

This **** has been going on since the Penalosa fight and he even moon walked like Michael Jackson in the Mwtagwa fight (whatever his name is). He's good but he makes Cotto's defense look like Mayweather, but its not too late Hopefully he learns from this and make adjustments.

As far as Cotto goes, He has lost to great fighters and never ducked anyone. And that low blow bull**** only happened in the Judah fight. Cotto is a true warrior.
Ha ha ha! That's funny but true. Juanma likes to keep his chin outhere because he relies too much on his power like Cotto used to. Once the power is taken away from you as an advantage, then you have to box and fight smart to win but sometimes is too much for power punchers to adjust technically. Unless you have power like the late "Edwin Valero" you have to know how to box all around.
