Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank, said that he will be working on staging a rematch between featherweights Orlando Salido and Juan Manuel Lopez for November or December and the rematch could be held at New York's Madison Square Garden or the site of the first meeting, Puerto Rico. On Saturday night in Puerto Rico, Salido overcame some early trouble to drop Juanma hard and then follow it up by stopping him in the eight round to capture the WBO title.

so you crall out from under your rock just to say that ? yo boy got beat up just take it how it is, juanma is not ready for gamboa let alone salido. juanma tried to box and it did not look good at all,had he started banging from the start maybe he could of won but salido looked like a man who was going to win no matter what !

The judges were in their way to robbing Salido. I saw the stoppage and sure the ref could have let it continue but Lopez was on his way out. He wasn't throwing punches but rather flicking them out. Dude looked gone on his feet.
