Whether he was favored or not in the odd makers makes it irrelevant. Fact is Khan pretty much out pointed the guy that made Ortiz quit.

Khan has beaten decisively 1 top 3 JWW, 1 top 5 JWW, one top 10 JWW, and a top 15 JWW.

Ortiz in the other hand, went on a senior citizen tour, had a draw against a lower top 10 JWW, and have a hell of an impressive win last night.

    Overall Khan has done more.

The only reason Ortiz might be more impressive. It's because, Khan is just pretty much a better fighter that this was expected from Khan. While it wasn't expected by Ortiz since the majority, including me, felt he was a heartless hype job. While Khan looks like the real deal. But, I and the majority were wrong about Ortiz.

However, Khan resume after his KO loss>>>>>>>>>>Ortiz resume after his KO loss. And, is not even close.

Yeah,Ortiz surprised me too.But like uve told me many times before,Ortiz's problems were at a lower weight class that has nothing to do with 147.But being the underdog, coming up in weight & beating the 3rd best fighter at 147 is a hell ova lot more impressive than winning fights ur supposed to win, that's my opinion bro.

21 year old Amir got knocked the **** out. Everybody and I mean everybody was telling him to retire because there is no future for him in the sport because of his weak chin. The hate was unbelievable. For a young kid like him to deal with all the hate and still come back stronger and better than ever to prove all the haters wrong, is simply amazing.

Victor's imo. Vic showed a lot tonight and looks great at his new weight. Khan still has not looked great and against Maidana he looked rather shaky. Ortiz seems to be getting better, Khan seems to be getting worse or not improving.

But, it's just one win is not an overall body of resume. And, Khan has not only beating Ortiz daddy, but basically Ortiz grandpa as well.

Overall body of work since their loss. Khan>>>>>>>>>>Ortiz.

I think Maidana is a better win than Berto, Maidana is tougher than Berto and dosen't hold for 6 rounds.

Maidana is a better version of Ricardo Mayorga. That's it.

I just wouldn't highly rate a win against him other than it being a war usually. Morales exposed a lot of flaws in him (just like when Mayorga got nailed against Trindidad, De La Hoya, etc)

If Khan, Ortiz had more big fights under their belt Maidana would not even be a challenge.

I was more impressed by Ortiz. Why do people say Berto is overhyped? Big amateur career, lots of skills, power. I don't understand the questioning of his chin either. He's never been KOd.

Ortiz fought a guy who arguably is much quicker and has much better boxing skills and has one punch KO power and not only got knocked down and was in some trouble, but came right back and knocked Berto down.

Khan fought a guy who has no defense, tremendously slower, and the only reason Kahn got in trouble is because he allowed himself too. A much slicker fighter (Morales) with 1 eye didn't get KOd by Maidana.

My point is, it's not impressive to me to survive against an upgraded Ricardo Mayorgan when that situation shouldn't happen.

He has more fights winning yes,but Berto trumps anyone on Khan's resume in my opinion. That single win is the greatest win for either fighter since being stopped. That is where my opinion lies.

Prescott is a journeyman at best in terms of ability. Getting KTFO by him is alot worse than Maidana who is a contender. Khan also has done alot more beating 4 top ten fighters in Kotelnik, Mallinaggi, Maidana and Mckloskey.
