Juanma was DONE! I like to see more decisive stoppages too but I know Juanma was about to be K.O.'d!

LOL so defenseless he was still throwing punches.

Lets give George Foreman a KO win against Ali because you know he got hit a few times up against the ropes.

What people aren't taking into consideration is that Juanma's game plan was to have Salido break his hands on his head. He wasn't wobbly in the corner he was just trying to hypnotize Salido into a trance in the same way that a cobra does. He had him right where he wanted him before getting robbed by that biased Mexican referee.
        Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Correction: Juanma was flailing his arms. Be a man and take it.

You're right. I thought that fight was gonna get stopped during the 6th cause he was getting hit with flush shots after the knockdown. Ortiz looked a bit more composed after his knockdown, though. Ultimately, the ref is the one in there and he is in the best position to observe the fighter's overall condition. I think the difference was that their fight was competitive whereas Lopez had nothing left. The ref knew it was just a matter of time. You have to observe how hurt a fighter is, whether they have their legs under them, etc.

How can you have nothing left and still be throwing punches you make no sense. Lol Lopez didn't even get knocked down the same round when he got "stopped".
