****m richardson = OVERRATED. he is just a solid trainer, nothing more, nothing less. his clever and cool one liners only took mosley so far. berto's trainer is fine. i HATE when people try to justify a loss by trainer. his current team is just fine. Id say freddie roach is the only trainer who can noticeably make a difference. But Berto is already engrained in his ways - too late to change it up now. If he hasn't figured out how to move his damn head and keep his guard up by now - he won't ever
Madd props to Victor Ortiz for a gut check performance. This is another case where these fighters (Berto, Mayweather, RJJ, Cotto, Alexander etc) with one and two fights per year are going to experience problems with fighters who are fighting three or fours times per year. I keep saying it to anyone who will listen that we go to work everyday so an athlete has to get in the gym 4 or 5days per week and fight 3 or 4 times a year and stop waiting for one big payday. Ali (GOAT) and Sugar Ray Robinson in their prime fought 3+ times per year and they made good money in that time! Singles equals doubles and triples and then eventually home runs.
wow! didnt see the bout but, pleasantly surprised.
i picked andre to win easy on points.
a rematch has been born i believe but, the way im reading this it would be foolish of ortiz to accept.
enjoy victor! well deserved but i hope berto is ok too.
anyway, gotta go because i need a poo.
no no no no no no no
no rematch
please
cant take watching berto try to hold his way through 12 rounds
berto is terrible and got exposed as a C fighter
ortiz is solid and would have had berto out in 5 if berto didnt hold ortiz
like he was in love with him
berto should be done
easy to see why , as i stated 24 thousand times, why berto crapped his pants
when cintron called him out.
cintron has devestating power and would have probably murdered him

****m is a student of the game and only trains guys who are a student of the game he wouldnt want to deal with berto playing on twitter all day like a
Berto is going to have a hard time ever beating Ortiz in a rematch , what he needs to get his game back on track is a fight with Mike Jones or Canelo Alvarez . The difference in Ortiz and Berto seems to be Ortiz believed he fought the tuffer comp leading up to this fight.
Exactly, while berto was fighting stiffs and making millions, his skill set wasnt improving, while Ortiz was being made by baptism of fire and trials, the things that make warriors. Theres no substitute for hard work, and know real short cuts to LONG TERM, LONG LASTING success. You must face the Goliaths of life to overcome and be successful, a real winner. hats off 2Ortiz,, alot of you goobers just blog blog blog blog blog....blah, like this is facebook, LOL you DONT no **** about Boxing, so why make fools of yourselves, by jumping from one opposing opinion to the next, whats hot at the moment, lol, If your 25 and under, and aint in the game, you probably outta just be quiet, or go blog on FACEBOOK or something, leave boxing to the REAL FANS.

teenage girl
how is he a student of the game? what has he even done in the game? He is the least accomplished of any notable trainer by far, take a look what Nacho Beristain has done in his career. ****m is show business, don't be fooled just because a guy is talking slick. That crazy guy that trained Pavlik is better trainer, just because he took a kid from youth competitions all the way to a world championship. Personally, I think that's pretty big to teach a guy everything he knows and have him work his way from an amateur to world champion.
I read that he works with guys who already know what they are doing exclusively and BHop and Shane are both guys who for their own reasons could not go to their original trainer, the guy who taught them ****. Brother Naz is cool guy, but he's just a lifelong boxing fan who couldn't fight but knows alittle bit, and helps guys with fundamentals and getting in shape. There is a thousand guys just like him in Philly, the old guy hanging around the gym with the little prison beanie trying to show people jersey joe walcott moves
