After watching Berto, it's safe to say Mosley could've KO'd him.

Berto came out tonight looking like an amateur boxer on your local sports network. He was looking for that big shot and even got it, but Ortiz's work rate to the body and the KO early kept Berto second guessing himself.

Had Mosley fought Berto, I think Mosley could've gotten the upset easily, seeing as how Mosley even to this day has a granite chin and hayemakers that even rocked Mayweather, the king himself.

Either we all over rated Berto or he's just been a product of careful matchmaking. I'll leave it at that.

I kept saying this but I'm glad people are starting to see this as well. Like I said in another thread, while Mosley's legs are gone, he still has the speed and timing to catch Floyd, not once, but twice.

If he can do that to the best defensive fighter in the sport, he can definitely catch Berto. Then add to the fact that everytime Ortiz landed clean, Berto legs went to ****, I can only imagine what Shane would have done to him.

That is a very different fight than what happened tonight, Ortiz was not going to be denied by Berto mucking it up, against Shane I could see him getting frustrated and thus losing his edge.

The risk was always there that Mosley would take out Berto but if Berto was able to hold up it could have gone either way.

You are giving Shane way to much credit even that version of Shane.
