Also and most importantly he has never had any type of bobbing and weaving skills, NONE. If you're going to fight with your hands down you better be an animal at slipping punches like Sergio Martinez. Dude has been getting hurt since the Matwga fight(except for the Luevano fight, who can't punch). Why did his corner not correct this flaws that were clearly apparent even to boxing fans?

Juanma fought the dumbest fight ever... slugging it out with a big puncher with a iron cast chin. dumb dumb dumb.

he better get a real trainer in his corner to teach him how to use his height and reach, and when to go to war and when to go 12 rounds.

Sorry to say but after being at the Mtagwa and Lontchi fights and watching this fight Juanma just isnt as good as advertised. He has shown a lot of heart in the ring and has good power but if he cant stop his opponent early even c level guys can beat him.

The funny thing is that with Gamboa's chin and Juanma's power that may even be a better match up then a slower less powerful fighter who can take everything Juanma can dish out. Dont get me wrong though i think Gamboa would win but i think he would have more of a chance against that type of style.

I always said both of these guys were ko losses waiting to happen. If Arum was trying to build the fight up he made a poor decision sticking Juanma in with an iron chinned veteran who would be there all night.

I doubt Juanma will change his style. His habits will always be there, I don't see Juanma making any major adjustments to his way of fighting. JuanMa just loves wars, he will have a short but explosive career.
