The last 4 rounds, Salido was just hitting JuanMa. The way JuanMa was going forward even when his hurt, eventually he might get KO or Salido dominating the rest of the rounds and hurting JuanMa and another knockdown.

I dont think it was that bad anyway when you watch the replay Sol landed about 10 power shots in a row, not 1 missed and just because your throw back it doesn't mean your defending yourself, if every punch thrown at you is landing..

He was taking way too much damage. I wonder if his corner was at all thinking about his health and if they considered throwing in the towel there towards the end.

The stoppage was premature but only to spite the inevitable. He was gonna get hurt bad with one more of those rights on the button. The ref still should have gave him a champions burial.

he was geting beat up the last round. And he anouncers where saying he was throwing back but those werent punches he was just puttin his hands out and had to do more with his imense heart

The stoppage came at the right time IMO. JuanMa was getting hit hard and constantly. Ref saved his butt from a brutal KO. We as fans should think about the fighters healths too not just the spectacle of a good KO/Bout.

Ref was a bit quick to stop but Juanma did not seem to be able to hurt Salido and as we all saw, Salido was able to hurt JuanMa big time. JuanMa has to think about upping that defense and not thinking he is going to KO everybody. I think the Mtagwa fight gave us all a glimpse of things to come for JuanMa. Big heart, small chin.
