I have yet to see anyone on here say Berto was a slick African American fighter. I've seen people say Pac should of fought Berto instead of Mosley, but to say Berto is a slick fighter is kinda reaching man. Berto is nothing but a fighter that was protected and should of been developing as a better fighter by facing top competition, but he chose to face fighters coming up in weight and cab drivers. Thus not allowing him to develop and when he finally did face someone decent in Ortiz he got beat.

Aye berto lost and all credit goes to Ortiz for taking the fight to berto and taking the fight out of berto. I still say styles make fights and that berto can still give problems to any fighter at 147. Its all about styles and how people match together. Ortiz looked big and strong this fight, even for a WW. Theres not a lot of WW with a solid frame like that...
