Great performance by Ortiz...I'm a Berto supporter and will remain one but he got his ass handed to him tonight...he didn't look like he wanted to fight after Round 1......I couldn't believe how Ortiz just bullied him and made him go down in the corner and pretty much controlled the majority of the fight...

Ortiz just sent his stock wayy up...

Berto's stock may have dropped some but it was an entertaining fight...something just looked off with him tonight...or maybe it was just Ortiz...Berto had bad legs the entire fight it seemed to me...even when Ortiz got hurt he was still bouncin...

Very very good fight though after that garbage Khan crap...

This was a terrific fight. Ortiz showed he had heart, and Berto tried until the end. Going in, I thought that not enough people were considering just how "live" Ortiz was in this fight, being that we have seen Berto rocked before by Cosme Rivera and Luiz Collazo. That being said, I look forward to seeing where both guys go from here. I don't think the next fight Ortiz should take, should he be offered, should be Pac or Mayweather, but we'll see what happens.

Berto was the typical " lick" black fighter, which means hugging all the time like a dishonest coward."peeleft:

it wasn't a matter of styles... berto still had the speed advantage over ortiz and the power to hurt ortiz, but berto's stamina is garbage and he has no other real boxing skills other than to throw one punch at a time and to grab and hold like a biitch.

I'm glad that biitch lost. Collazo already exposed berto as a gasser, a hugger and a horrible in fighter.

                      WAR ORTIZ!!!

                      now....
