EXACTLY!!! NOTHING about Berto was exposed. Ortiz just fought like a man possessed. You couldn't make me believe after that punch landed he would have not only gotten up, but withstood Berto's onslaught and ended up dropping Berto. Berto just ran into a ferocious dog tonight. The Ortiz that fought tonight is a fighter not too many people are going to want to see at 147. But I am willing to bet you Berto wants that dog.

Give Ortiz credit for zapping it out of Berto plus Ortiz was getting off first the whole nightComment

WOW This was my dream match back in 09...
in 2011, I wasn't expecting much outside of a bunch of hugging (Berto) and running (Ortiz)...
My dream actually came true... WTF? Gotta love boxing.
ORTIZ (looks great his last fight) MAIDANA (looks pathetic his last fight)Comment

I knew this was gonna be a good fight.
Vic deserves full credit for this performance, and he got the monkey off his back from the Maidana fight. Not surprised at all that when Vic got hurt, he started punching like a champion.
Props to Vic for learning his lessons, digging deep, and pulling it out when it counts.Comment
