Cong**** to Ortiz, very happy that he was able to REDEEM HIMSELF and shut up his doubters (YES I WAS ONE OF HIS DOUBTERS I CAN ADMIT IT) but all of the "LACK OF HEART" stuff has been destroyed during this fight

Berto still has talent, he showed a better chin and heart as well, he could easily bounce back form this lose but he needs a NEW TRAINER, his stamina was **** and he depends too much on his Power and doesn't know how to use that amazing Hand so his advantages goes to WASTE because for some reason he wants to be a SLUGGER INSTEAD OF A BOXER even though he has all the tools to be an amazing BOXER

I wouldn't mind seeing this fight again though, not sure if Berto has a rematch clause he can excercise but Thanks to both fighters for a GREAT FIGHT but MUCH RESPECT TO ORTIZ...SHOWED HEART TODAY!

In all honesty J Dubby, Berto is a good fighter. But when a fighter doesn't develop properly, this is what happens. He fought too many bums for too long. He didn't develop as a professional fighter is supposed to. Ortiz experienced the bumps in his short career, and because of that, he was better prepared for this fight.

Damn, I have to give Ortiz full credit, he showed me more then I thought he could...He manhandled Berto with ease. That Ortiz smashes Khan, Bradley, and could trouble pretty much anyone.

Crazy fight. By just looking at Ortiz at the beginning of the fight you can see how badly he wanted it.

I said I thought Victor had the better skill set, and Berto had more of the physical advantages. I thought Berto would win, but I m not surprised Vic won. Props to both, but Berto legs were gone after the first 2 rounds. Vic better start using his jab a bit more effectively though. Great fight and I am extremely happy for Vic Ortiz......cong****. Come back strong Berto, Im sure he will. But, I had a feeling Vic was going to win. I would not have bet dough on it, but I kinda knew.

Whoa, whoa. Hold on there buddy. Good win for Ortiz, but lets not get over excited and start saying Ortiz could defeat King Kong on his best day.

thats for sure same thing happened when ortiz lost to maidana i didn't think he was overhyped when he lost to maidana cause he was clearly winning the fight he just made to many mistakes although i did understand people questioning his heart he proved us already he does have one for sure. Heck maybe he made the right decision when he quit against maidana saving his career at that point when he was badly hurt. same when genaro hernadez did with the dlh when he quit and then kept his great career after that.

Where are all those Berto morons that were saying Pac should've fought him instead of Mosley. Berto will never be able to carry Mosley's jockstrap let alone beat him.

Cong**** to Ortiz. He is now the third ranked 147 only behind Pacquiao and Mosley.
