The ****in ref was too involved, warned Berto's consistant holding but never took a point and then took a point away from Ortiz when he hit him on the "back" of the head which was caused by Berto turning around when holding

I actually disagree, at one point he saved Ortiz.

It was the 4th (maybe 6th sorry i forget) round where Berto was rocking Ortiz after the knock down and it looked like the ref was gonna jump in and stop it (personally I thought it would be a justified stop) then all of a sudden Ortiz drops Berto.

Great fight though. I do agree the hitting behind the head point was ridiculous

There should have been a point taken away for excessive turning of the head.

I can't stand when fighters look for a cheap way out. Berto was pulling a Cintron tonight.

The ref was terrible. The "slip" that actually should have been ruled a KD because a punch actually landed. Off balance or not, Ortiz landed a punch that caused the KD. Never warning Berto for the EXCESSIVE holding. Berto pretty much held every other time Ortiz came in. And he took a point a way from hitting behind the head when Berto is the one ducking and turning his back. I also like how he gave Berto an extra minute to rest after the point deduction too
