Khan copying Pacs Hands in the air

Is it me or is Khan imitating Pacman when he throws both his hands straight up in the air after getting hit to show he wasnt hurt? I've never seen Khan do that before until Freddie started training him.

Pac does it 100x better, its looks more natural while it just looks the opposite when Khan does it.
