But I'd say Berto.

Well Berto got that speed power while Ortiz got that sorta crisp technical power where if he lands on the button it's gonna hurt.

I'd say Berto if they just started trading with no defense because Berto's speed flurries would put you to sleep where as Ortiz needs to land a perfect counter or something I think. He has one punch power too but I think Berto's speed makes his more lethal.
