Ortiz has more skill in my opinion just because he has faced better competition. This is make it or brake it for Victor as well. Everyone views him as a quitter from the Maidana fight.
Berto has good speed but I think an elite fighter can expose him (not saying Ortiz is elite or anything but he has the ability to time Andre with some good shots.) Berto has beaten everyone he has faced and you can't fault a guy for that. He has done all that he can do to get to this position and now beating a big name like Ortiz would officially put him on the map to fight an elite guy.
I think Ortiz has something to prove and he will do it tonight. Victor definitely has more pressure against him and will need to win big in this fight. Again either way it goes its gonna be a good one.
