He did compete for Haiti in the Olympics after he failed to qualify for the US team.

Ortiz better beat his overrated as.s

sadly, he will probably quit. He will either quit mentally, or during the actual fight, which isn't really that distinguishable. Hope i'm wrong because as much as I dislike Ortiz I dislike Berto even more. Hopefully, Ortiz derails the hype machine, as he has the skills, and power, yet lacks the mental fortitude. We shall see tonight.

Exactly. Berto is slightly more Haitian than most Americans that have Italian decent or wherever their grandparents came form. Only difference is his dad was born there. Andre is clearly American.

Never understood why so many people fail to understand that America isn't a very old country. Most people have ties to other countries through their grandparents but who really cares, that was so long ago. It's time to move on from all that, we're making our own culture, traditions, and history. They probably just want to take our talent away.

Cause Berto is American and Sergio as from Argentina. Sergio will never make the money that Berto makes.

He will just as soon as Berto gets his arse handed to him in a fight..after all the hypejob ridiculing, HBO will cut his pay in half.

Well I was born in another country and I considered myself a full-bred American, so you'll never hear me questioning anything like that.
