OK, i might over did it with the other Floyd thread. But this is a serious question, where are they.

By Group are you meaning a Musical Group or a Promotional Group. I don't know anything about a possible Musical Group but I believe that the Promotion Group was only a shell company with no active involvement with anything, just made as a tax dodge to be able to claim expenses, etc.

You can buy shell companies on the open market for the cost of the incorporation plus a reasonable profit for the "maker". Also, the older it is, (formed in 2008 against 2011, say,) makes it a bit more expensive as it can claim to be an "established" company, with a record of reports of Annual General Meetings etc. against a possible "just formed to evade/avoid taxes" Co.
