1. Hoya wanted a big name, only pacquiao was available. Oscar agreed to the catchweight bec Manny's last fight was at 130. Pacquiao had to jump 2 weightclasses to meet Oscar. Btw, PAC only got 35pct of the purse From a fight Hoya never showed up for.

2. Hatton was out in 2...Manny was generous... Hatton should have gotten less than 10 pct for his sorry efforts.

3. These catchweights end up being a nonfactor....Margarito came 17lbs heavier....What catchweight?!? And still PAC destroys him.


The guys he fights should be thankful he chose to fight them...even they will attest to that. They end up in the hospital yet they are grateful for Manny footing their bills.
