        exactly, popularity is what gets ppv views, boxers that interest casual fans, neither maidana or morales do that, i feel sorry for anyone who paid for it

        what has madiana and morales done in the last 2 years to be on ppv?

          to charge for this fight was a disgrace, sure it was a surprise but you see plenty of good competitive fights without paying the extra ppv charge

          maybe some people are happy to pay a large amount for nothing fights but for me only popular fighters who do good numbers and are someone in their division should be on pay per view
          I know exactly what the card was, so thanks for a pointless explanation.

          I pay for entertainment.

          Period.

          That was one of the most entertaining boxing ppvs Ive bought in the last 3 years easily.

          Me = Happy Customer.

          Worth the money... EASILY.

              I didn't buy the card for just the headline.

              Since when you buy a ppv, you get more than just the headline... I actually took the entire card into consideration.. since that is what I am buying... the ENTIRE card.

                what a shame, those guys deserve better. Goes to show that not all cards are ppv worthy. It would've been better on boxing after dark, i think at least 800k would've tuned in, probably closer to a mil.

                  the numbers suggest otherwise, there was me thinking fans paid for quality

                      It was either PPV or no TV outlet thus no revenue stream which would have meant a great card would not have took place at all. Which means you would not have seen it either~

                      It is not evil to make a fight a PPV in fact that is giving the consumer the absolute choice, either you want to pay for it or you do not.
