I think we expected atleast a little improvement in his boxing. It was a step backward for Maidana IMO. There were points in that fight he should have been able to get Morales out and he couldnt. Now he's asking for FLoyd? Its a high paying suicide is what he's saying I think.

People get hit, thats part of fighting .. i can see your point, but not everybody fights like that, some people are more effective when they look less technical, maidanas biggest problem is that he wastes too much in there in my opinion.

yeah maidana won that fight really, if it werent for the point deduction and the knockdown he would have won right?? i may be wrong, i cant recall now

morales hurt maidana alot more than amir did, and was more effective in my opinion (minus the 1st rnd of the khan fight) it was just that erik had to ride alot of maidanas work where khan just run off from it!

Suddenly Spadafora is looking pretty good. I love Morales, but Marcos Maidana is limited and loses to most fighters with skill,conditioning and heart.

You got to be kidding Floyd would stop him no problems , Maidana is slow and easy to hit , Floyd would T off him all night long and Floyds power is underestimated when he them loads up , Maidana is easier than Hatton was .
