A Marquez rematch is probably his best bet.
Then the answer to that is, other than Mayweather, he doesn't have to do anything to make a fight.
If they want him, they got to come to him. Only Floyd can make a demand, since he has leverage.

        .
But saying they're "not the same" in conjunction with Pacquiao fighting them, why are Pacquiao's wins over Cotto, Margarito, and Clottey held in low regard when against anyone else besides Pacquiao or Mayweather, those guys make for a great fight? Doesn't that say something about how good Pacquiao is more than how beat up they were when Pac fought them? Again, if Floyd had those wins under his belt I have a really tough time believing his fans won't hold those wins in high regard.

I see what you're saying, however, when Martinez and Marquez refuse to fight at 147lbs, that leaves Pacquiao without a big money super-fight.

Pac spent his whole career going up in weight, he found a weight he's comfortable at. Why y'all wanna force him to a situation where he ain't comfortable. He tried to go above 147, he didn't like it. Now y'all want him to drain himself to 135. I'm sure Pac can make 135lbs, but that's like asking ODLH to make 147. He ain't at his best there anymore

I'll say this man, timing is everything. And had Mayweather beat an undefeated Cotto when the division was hot, would you have that higher than Manny beating Cotto at 145?

I am sick and tired of hearing about this old ass Mexican.

give us Berto. give us Bradley. forget that coward Floyd.

2 willing black guys who want a piece of the Pacman, Arum throw those brothas a bone.

Riight. By your definition, Pacquiao is shot, too, being one of the most battle-ridden fighters. Especially for a known offensive fighter that gets hit a lot. Your idol Floyd is the only one who is still not war torn. Hit and not get hit, remember that mantra of *****s? Yet he won't come out often and fight like a man.

So keep that shot nonsense to yourselves. Who are you kidding?
