Its funny how they speak of manny as if he's easy work, but Roger mentioned floyd needs a couple of tuneups for Manny, how many tuneups does a fighter need? So far floyd already took some tuneups after coming off retirement, an extended vacation, and maybe even more tuneups before he can fight Manny. Are they that scared

The proof is in the fights. Pac has to hit these big welters with a lot of punches just to stop their forward motion. Not that its a bad thing but when he nears the ropes he turns them so he can have an escape route. Floyd can get near those ropes and land one lead right and stop them in their tracks. Also they have a like sparring partner that agrees. Exibit A: 2:20

Mayweather got caught because he over-played a great gameplan.

He took the fight to Shane - against all expectations - and did not allow Mosley to settle, or to impliment the only advantage that he had over Floyd.

He just over-played his hand, thats all, it was a mistake to continue to mess with Shane flat-footed that early in the fight, when it became clear that Mosley was no longer trying to walk through his punches, and when it became clear that the perimeter had already been established.

Watch the first 2 rounds, and the first 10 seconds of the 3rd, if you want to see what really happened in that fight

Unless you are one of those genius' who think that a hugely experienced professional boxer "gassed" in round two?
