wlad is faster, stronger, hits harder, has better talent... and also he could keep vitali away with his lightining jabs, hard rights.. and killer left hooks

    can vitali take wlad's punishment.....

when they were sparring wlad was whooping on vitali...

Vitali says over and over that his brother could beat him and used to get the better of him in sparring, however it would depend on which version of each fighter were in the ring.

This is true. Wladimir matches up against Vitali very well. He has more power and better boxing ability, and I dont see Vitali having the power or accuracy to put him away.

You're both idiots. As if one brother beating another in sparring is going to tell who would win in an actual fight. Even if they weren't brothers (who'd obviously not go full strength at each other in reality), sparring doesn't always tell the tale since intangibles like chin, heart and aggression are negligible factors. Which Vitali has in spades btw. Not to mention Vitali is and was always the first one to constantly mention how his brother hits harder than he does, etc etc even when Vitali was the higher profile fighter with Wlad on the mend. All could be true to an extent but it never occurred to u that it's complimentary brother talk? Vitali turns into a mean bastard when he fights. He can't envision that against his own brother so why would he really be offering up any sort of realistic predictions on a fight between the two of them?

Game set match....coz Vitali said Wlad beats him in sparring. lol.... Serious ******ity.

As for the actual topic though, I actually agree that Wlad would give Vitali a lot of problems that a lot of other people don't seem to think. You just stated it like a monkey. A decent point of reference is that heavyweights' primes come later than other fighters. Wlad could very well be in his prime right now. He fights smarter now and obviously has the 1 punch KO that Vitali lacks. I'd still say Vitali, prime for prime, would have a marginal edge because of all his intangibles but wouldn't be the most surprising if little bro shred vitali's face up all night in some magical simulation where they could fight.

First of all...sparring doesnt mean anything and neither do amateur matches. Again, Alexei Lezin beat Wlad, Vitali, Valuev, Peter etc...in the ams...didnt even bother going pro. So get out of here with the sparring stuff. Rarely in sparring sessions, are you like "ok, you two, just go out there and lets see what each of you have." Usually theres something a fighter is trying to work on or some technique he's trying to beat. Also, if youve ever watched Vitali its pretty clear sparring/amateurs dont really play to his strengths. His biggest strength is he has amazing stamina...much better than Wlad's, and he has an iron chin...much better than Wlad's. These dont come into play much when youre going 3 rounds with 20 oz gloves and head gear. Also Vitali is mean in the ring. He taunts his opponents, he punishes them, he likes to hurt them. When the Sanders fight was stopped, Vitali was mad at the ref for stopping it. He wants to hurt people in the ring. If any version of Wlad faced the Vitali who went in their against Lewis? I think Vitali gets him out of there quick. Vitali's biggest issue in his career has been dirty boxing/cheating (lewis) and people slipping his jab...Wlad's biggest issue has been his chin and his unwillingness to let go of his hands. Vitali has one of the most awkward syles of all time and if Wlad stands there throwing feints and waiting for the perfect moment for a right hand it would never come.

I like Wlad, but I think prime Vitali would work prime Wlad. He's too mean and too tough. Ive already seen Vitali vs a 6'6 Manny Steward fighter and if it wasnt for tactics that Wlad doesnt engage in, Vitali would have won.

"Whooping" means shouting and yelling........When cowboys used to ride into town full of high spirits, expecting an exciting "night out" they would be "whooping" and shooting their guns in the air etc.

"Whopping" is the term for a hard wallop, like-when Junior would be caught misbehaving, his father would stretch him across his knee and administer a "whopping".......

Of course it ccould be referred to in other words such as those of George Bernard Shaw, of whom you have all heard, no doubt. He said...............

"A pat on the back develops character, if administered often enough, low enough and hard enough..........."

                So take your pick.

I don't argue with your concept of the qualities each fighter may have, but to say that VK would not be "ACCURATE" enough to win is to ridiculous for words and I'm silly to bother answering it. But, be aware that V Klitschko is probably one of the most accurate punchers, of any weight, in boxing history. He catches his opponent in no matter what position the guy is in.

A recent example which you should have taken notice of is how he KO's Solis. The way the fight was progressing was that Klitschko was attacking with his left hand, and Solis was retreating with an occasional quick flurry which mostly missed. At the end, Solis darted in with a quick combo, -which missed incidentally- and can came out quickly, ducking low at the same time.

At the same time, Klitschko threw one right hand, which caught Solis on the head, just above the ear, when Solis was in the process of ducking down to about waist high....and KO'd him. He had no difficulty in finding him. This is a good recent example of his accuracy. His other fights show the samwe quality, VERY high punch production, and astonishing accuracy.

How do you think that he is able to dish out such heavy punishment? Only by these qualities.

Solis injured his kneee when he went down, and is out of boxing indefinitely.

I meant I dont think he catches Wladimir flush enough to hurt him to the point of knocking him out.

stop sucking Vitali's **** so much. Wladimir isnt ****ing Solis, not in class nor in body type. this would be an outfight, and Wladimir would be outjabbing Vitali and hitting him with the right hand pretty often. because when it gets down to it, all Vitali usually does is lean back. **** wont work with someone as tall and fast as Wladimir. not to mention Wladimir has a whale of a left hook when he chooses to throw it, and that also will hit Vitali when he tries to simply pull backwards.

Wladimir is faster, stronger, boxes better, has a better jab and hits harder. Vitali is tougher and more durable. I dont think it will come to the latter. And neither does Vitali, since hes always said Wladimir would have beaten him based on the fact that Vitali loses during sparring. Wladimir is a bad style matchup for Vitali.
