Normally i agree with alot of the stuff you say Modern but not here. Pacquiao can weigh anything between 148 and 154. While Martinez just has to come in under 154. That is legitimate fighting.
Yeah, some *******s are delusional, but i don't expect any fighter to say "he's to much of a challenge" or "he's too good of a fighter".
I understand why any fighter would say "he's too big", but we know that's not all. Martinez is a great fighter with hand speed and stamina, who just happens to be bigger then then May & Pac.
What the real truth is, that if May and Pac were able to win belts at 154 lbs, then they are fair game to Martinez, who could probably still make that himself.
All depends how your bais is. Martinez is too big for pac to overcome with his(Pac's) skill. Now if they were the same size, I'd pick Pac in a heart beat. Its not that Martinez is too skilled/fast for Pac, its his size that makes him too much for pac.
Oscar came under 145 but was drained as can be. "ivy mark" remember? Maybe not since you started watching boxing after that fight.
Martinez can also get down to that weight but he will be in a serious disadvantage being drained and all like Oscar was.
Oscar is also a fatass when not drained and gout around the 180+ so that doesn't mean nothing. I mean Hatton got around the same weight...Is he the same size as Martinez? Of course not right?

Martinez is no fool, he saw how coming in too low for a fight effected the guys that Pac fought. He doesn't want to make the same mistake as them. Hence the reason why he doesn't want to go that low. the lowest his willing to go for Pac is 153 just to make it fair, for Floyd is 154 just to make it fair, and for Cotto and Angulo is 155-156 just to make it fair.
Lets not forget that Martinez was just only a few pounds bigger than Margarito on fight night when he fought P-Will and Marg fought Pac. It was like what? 3lbs?

So it's just his size then? I guess i can see what your bias is. Martinez has great Handspeed and better stamina then almost all of Pacquiao's opponents in recent history. He's tough fight no matter how you look at it, if you look at it honestly.
this is all i want pac fans to admit, how do u demolish someone who weighed 164.5 on fight night but someone who was 168 in his last fight is just too big?????? Then they come with the whole margarito was pacs hardest fight logic, and marg hurt pac badly!!! That is just insane pac killed that guy! But it is what it is...
