This is quite discouraging for Ortiz, his biggest fight and his idol (kinda?) isnt gonna be ringsie......

He knows Berto is gonna smash him. Atleast he still has a chance with Khan.

damn, that must really suck for Ortiz.

I'm happy though. Because Amir deserves the best.

          I'm really pleased with this.

I'm going to the fight so it's going to be Khan, Mr Capone-E and Oscar all under one roof. They're going to bring the place down!!!

because Khan is near the end of his Golden Boy contract and my guess is that Oscar wants to ensure he retains Khan after

if Ortiz loses he could suspequently be dropped from Golden Boy

Thats what I thought too, it's him schmoozing the taxi driver, unlcles, mothers, etc to get Khan signed up for another stint, although i'm sure the taxi driver probably fancies being a promoter now and thinks they can do the business themselves! LOL

Also from a business standpoint, Khan brings more fans and money to the table than Berto, Ortiz & MaCloskey combined, so it makes sense to keep one of your best assets happy and close to you

Because Golden Boy are basically cashing in on Ortiz

                  Khan is their "Golden Boy"
