Im sorry but what makes jordan is that he takes on all challenges.

Floyd can be compared to somebody like Lebron James. Both are great but are scared of challenges.

oh yea and tc, stop whining. the onus should have been on floyd to prove how great he is. for whatever reason, he didnt wanna do that as much as many would have liked. it is what it is...this from a floyd fan.
Toney suffered from laziness and boredom IMO. I'm in no way saying he's the ideal fighter but if he had the discipline like Hagler or even Pac or Floyd he could have been a top-tier ATG.

I highly disagree...Mayweather's skills are highly touted and don't think it is being questioned (generally). He is a freak of nature with his skills and his defensive (specifically) is uncannily very hard - if not- almost impossible to penetrate (perhaps Pacquiao or a more polished Amir Khan due to speed and combos)...

But what is being questioned is Mayweather's heart and quality of fights he has fought...

          SKILLS? No....

BBC and ESPN commentators do a much better job of commenting on the action.

I'm sure it's been said already, but the one thing that Floyd is always given credit for is his skills.

In fact, that's probably the reason boxing fans and critics give him such a hard time. He has all the skills in the world, talks a big game, but hardly backs it up.

If Floyd had no skills and talked a lot of shi.t, not that much would care.

But Floyd does have it and boxing fans recognize that. So when he boasts about how good he is, we want to see it.

So YES Floyd does get credit for his skills.

But a better question would be..

Does Floyd give CREDIT to his fans for getting him where he is today?

The TS is an effin' moron.

The only credit Floyd gets is hit skills. The reason why people think so highly of Floyd is cuz' of his skills. Is not cuz' of his resume that's for damn sure.

Even though his resume is not bad, is not the resume that guy with his type of skills should have. And, that is why he gets criticize cuz' with his skills his resume should be so much better.

Floyd is scared of failure so he'd rather not try. Nothing wrong with that, just dont expect to be considered a high ATG and especially not GOAT. He does, not only that but he *****s on those who have achieved more than he has. That ain't cool.
