    Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum spoke with BoxingScene.com about Humberto Soto taking the position of being a promotional free agent. Soto's manager, Antonio Lozada, disclosed to numerous outlets in Mexico that his boxer is now represented by well known boxing attorney Michael Miller, who advised Top Rank that Humberto is a free agent.

                henry isn't with top rank and it was henry's fault he wasn't fighting.

                Not sure about soto but if he was under top rank I reckon bob would be talking about sueing so and so and going to court

                  I am pretty sure he is with top rank. If they didn't let him go in the last few months.

                    henry was let go several months ago.

                    it's his fault because he wasn't taking boxing seriously and trying to be a celebrity.
