FWIW when compiling this list, I realized that WW is extremely weak right now. It has to one of the worse divisions in boxing right now.

Floyds 2 and Berto is 3.... Floyd had a win a year ago but Shane is going almost 2 1/2 years since hes had a win... Not even sure he should be top 5.
