even if mayorga does beat trinidad...he still cant make any noise at 160...if u cant beat corey spinks..i dont see what the hell u can do against the likes of JERMAIN TAYLOR or HOWARD EASTMAN ..i wont mention hopkins because his next fight he may look like a old man...after ur 35 u can become a old fighter in 1 night or a hole man in training

Jermain Taylor doesn't fight like Spinks does. If Mayorga has power at 160 it would be easier to hit Taylor then it would against Spinks. Taylor doesn't move all that much and isn't as slick as Spinks either. Style wise Spinks is always a tough fight for Mayorga. That doesn't mean I think Mayorga beats Taylor though.

MAyorga looked like **** against spinks but still won! I ve said it before on some threads that if the same ref that did the nard/joppy fight did the mayo/spinks fights ricardo would have gotten credit for at least 1 possibley two knockdowns in that fight. Mayorga would hit him in the chest or shoulder and Spinks would fall down. Spinks will be a tricky fight for anyone he faces, although I believe he has lost two of his last three, being Mayorga and Judah and the win against the always over rated and well faded MA Gonzalez.

I say after this Mayorga will fight at 154. If he wins look for him to line up a fight with the ODLH or the winner of SSM/Winky. Unless there is a big money fight with Hopkins should he get by Trinidad. I think Mayorga will go where the money is honestly.

umm people at this weight are not as fast.hello...if mayorga beats trinindad..clearly...he has a big chance against anyone..look at oscar at this weight he's faster then most of the light middle weight-middleweights..but is still slow
