Especially meaningful? Not really. Clottey didn't get "a shot" for the sake of fairness, he got it because he was in-house cannon-fodder who was stylistically tailor made for Pac. It was still a decent win and bullying Clottey was a confirmation of Pac's elite status in the sport today. Faded Margarito was forced down to a catchweight for a scrap over a vacant toilet-paper title in a division that neither man was highly relevant to, just so Pac could be declared a 7 division champ or some bull****. It was still a decent win and bullying and busting up Margarito was a confirmation of Pac's elite status in the sport today.


You can spin it however you like (and, boy, are you spinning). The fights didn't mean much, bottom line. WINNER.

How the Hell can you not like Pacman? Good question. Great boxer, very likeable, funny and humble guy. I believe many people get caught up in the whole Pacquiao vs Mayweather debate and think they have to talk the other man down in order to make their own guy look better. Kinda ridiculous, but that's how it is.
Skill-wise, both deserve a lot of respect, and I never got the ridiculing and excessive talking down of resume and former opponents. What people need to realize is that you can do this for every single boxer. Nobody's resume is flawless and noone is fighting the best available opponents every month.

As for the video, I enjoy watching Manny singing. He doesn't care if it makes him look not cool or anything, he is enjoying his karaoke and is having a ball for all of us to witness. I say he earned it. And I prefer his personality a gazillion times over Floyds "look how much money I have", which is childish on a whole other level.

Oh and Will Ferrell is a God amongst mortals.

oh i agree with you on that one...but thats not the only title pac has obviously.....heres a thing too, pretty much all of those who say pac's title at sww aint legit are the same mofos who say he should defend it vs martinez.....that to me is funny..

He won a VACANT 154 pound championship. Which belonged to Sergio Martinez. He never beat the legitimate champion in the division. Once the legitimate champion in the division wanted to challenge him for his belt back at 154, he rejected.

I don't know how that's funny to you, because it's a real argument with extremely valid points. The only reason why I'm telling you this is because you claim Pacquiao title reigns are something special. Not really. What's special is him moving up from Flyweight to WW, not how many paper belts he won.
