If saying he's lying is Floyd fans only argument, I say we stop here and leave them alone.

Only way to find out the truth is to ask the upstanding Mayweather family.
On Tuesday, as Oscar de la Hoya visited Gleason's Gym in Brooklyn to plug Golden Boy's new relationship with Barclays Center in that boxing conscious borough, I nearly had a cardiac event when I mentioned what Manny said to GBP CEO Richard Schaefer.
Two or three other scribes were within earshot. I don't know if they were as astounded as I was by Richie Rich's quick response.
I expected a "no comment" or other form of demurral.
I mean, it's not like we were in a deposition or RRS was under oath on cross examination.
But no such disclaimer or correction was forthcoming.
Instead, Schaefer co-signed Pacquiao's statement regarding accepting the at any given time blood testing for drug use.
"If Pacquiao said that, then I'm sure he wouldn't lie about it," Schaefer said without blinking.
Disgusting

Everybody asked for Pac to come out and agree to full testing and now he did. Yet there's more excuses.

In an interview at ESPN 1000, Mayweather said “All I ask is for him [Pacquiao] to take the test. If he takes the test then we got a fight."

Sadly, Pacquiao would have never even been associated with PED use had he said exactly that during the original negotiations. *******s claim Mayweather is scared, well if this was the case, Pac should have called his bluff; May would have ran with another excuse and Pac would have come out looking squeeky clean.
Unfortunately, and i've made threads and polls about this;
It wasn't Mayweather's clan that made the world wonder wether Pac was on steroids, but his own reaction to the proposed testing .

Pac should not waste time answering question fighting *****.
All he has to say is, ***** is ready, let me know -- otherwise no comments.
