At what point is a fighters chin suspect?

I always see posters here calling fighters chins' suspect. So that begs the question, at what point is a fighters chin suspect? Is a fighters chin suspect after multiple knockdowns, a knockout, or multiple knockouts? Does a fighter like Paul Willams now possess a suspect/glass chin? Most fighters suffer some knockdown/s in their careers.

When they regularly get hurt with single shots. Fight after fight, opponent after opponent.

Fair enough, so is it safe to say that JMM has a suspect chin?

After a knockout. Like JMM who is real chinny but he's never been knocked out.

poor response to getting hit............ rubbery legs, ***** street, stunned, or staggered, all off of shots that otherwise wouldn't have any of those affects with a guy with a decent beard..........

i wouldnt count flash knockdowns, or even going down from a good shot, but more so how one responds after getting hit with a not so decent shot........ but all the above equals suspect chin.......

His chin sucks. But he has great recovery rate and makes adjustments after getting tagged cleanly.

A guy like Berto also has a suspect chin.

How many times has Berto been down in his career?

I've seen a lot of people claim that David Haye's chin is suspect, is this true?

When most of his losses end in KO or stoppage, also in extreme cases, when he's staggered or stiffened by a reasonable but not exceptional punch. Like Khan for instance. Not his fault, just the way he is.
