Time is running out on a $3.75 million offer for pound-for-pound best Floyd Mayweather to fight Joel Casamayor on November 19 in Memphis. According to the Grand Rapids Press, the offer was made by Top Rank last week, but Mayweather's advisor Al Hayman has said he has had problems reaching Floyd. If this fight falls through, Floyd would likely be out until 2006.

I like PBF by UD in this one,Casamayor is very tough so I don't see him being KOed although anything can always happen in this sport.......Depends which Casamayor shows up on how close the victory would be for PBF IMO.
