Rogelio Espino, the legal adviser for former world champion Celestino "Pelenchín" Caballero, will make a final effort to finalize a deal between his fighter and "regular" WBA featherweight champ Jonathan Victor Barros. Espino is trying to bring the fight to Panama, while the champion is refusing to leave his native Argentina. Caballero is the mandatory contender to Barros' title. Espino is going to send "a very tempting offer" which he hopes is enough to bring the champion to Panama.

Make the fight in the US. Theres no way Caballero wins a Desicion in Argentina and Barros wont win it in Panama either, last time caballero fought there he got smoked by Mathebula and they robbed him!!!!
