                  That was a horrendous stoppage. Kirkland was hurt but he was trying to get up....

                      It wasn't horrendous because he was hurt, but I don't like the way Cortez pushed him back down as he was attempting to get up. Now I see why people don't take to him.

                          Definitely not a horrible stoppage. He was very, very hurt. If he would have gotten up, he would have been KO'd completely.

                          Joe Cortez did a great job of preventing him from suffering a bad KO. He was so hurt after the first KD that he couldn't even defend himself from those right hands.

                              Wasn't that bad, but Kirkland could still fight. His equilibrium was just wobbled. He wouldn't of suffered a bad KO IMO.
