I think this is the first time that everyone on this forum actually agrees on something – being surprised and humbled by Morales.
Maidana might have been off his game, or taken Morales too lightly, but hey, that’s his problem, and only shows me that he’s not as good as he thinks he is if he’s got that kind of attitude.
For what it’s worth I had the exact same score card as Jim Watt and called it a draw. But in every other sense of the word, Erik Morales won.
