If Martinez and Ward continue what they are doing, They will be 1 and 2, assuming manny is retired but like I already said if Ward beats AA, Froch or Johnson, Bute he should be number 1 p4p. Bradley will be 4 Nonito 3, no Amir Khan, I love Dawson but if he is he will be very low, if Berto continues to step up comp he will be there, Gamboa possibly or Lopez depending on who wins their match up.
so I will say Ward, Martinez, Donaire, Bradley in order with the possibles being Gamboa, Berto, Dawson and Lopez

                1. Nonito Donaire
                2. Andre Ward
                3. Amir Khan
                4. Chad Dawson
                5. Yuriorkis Gamboa
                6. Abner Mares
                7. Robert Guerrero
                8. Roman Gonzalez
                9. Juan Manuel Lopez
                10. Timothy Bradley

                Fringe: T.Cloud, J. Pascal, L.Bute

Assuming that Pacquiao, Mayweather, Martinez, JM Marquez and the Klitschkos are all retired in three years.

The only top10 sure things for me are Donaire, Ward (if he keeps winning after the Super Six), Khan (if he overcomes Bradley), the winner of Gamboa-Juanma and Chad Dawson, who I think will come back to his winning ways, there's just too much potential. Abner Mares has very good chances as well, the rest are pretty much longshots even for only 3 years.

Seriously why is Ward rated so highly?

Is it just a lazy option.

Who is he going to be fighting in 3 years?

Dirrell? Then move up to light heavy to get beaten by Dawson.

Maybe in 3 years he would have plucked up enough courage to leave the hometown. I wouldn't hold your breath tho.

He is a very versatile fighter who has already beaten good competition. But most importantly you listen to him talk and you know he is serious about the sport of boxing.

As for potential fights their is Froch Steglitz Pascal Dawson Cloud and others who'll emerge
