Out of the three I'm a bigger JMM fan but I think it's:

    1a Morales
    1b Barrera
    2 Marquez.

When you want to compare them to common opponents which is Pacquiao, Marquez fought the best Pacquiao on the second fight and possibly beat him. He was dropped because his chin doesn't begin to compare with Morales' or Barrera's. However overall legacy, JMM wishes he had MAB or EM's career. Marquez' consolation is that he can beat either one at this stage.

I am biased though, I don't like Morales or Barrera, at all. Love Marquez though. I am not impressed with brawlers, I don't think very highly of them. [ I don't care how much Barrera changed from a brawler to a "skillful" boxer, I Don't like any brawler].

I don't care who people are supposed to like, or who's an ATG or who's not. JMM is a better technical boxer than Morales and Barrera, therefore I like Marquez more because technicians/defensive boxing is the kind of boxing I respect and look up to. Not street fighting. My favorite street fighter is between Ryu and Guile.
This makes me think you've never seen Morales and Barrera. Morales and Barrera are every bit as skilled as Marquez. Neither was just a "brawler".

And he would have ****in killed Hamed.
Wow, two fights that he didn't win, Diaz, Casamayor, and a past prime Barrera. Way better than Barrera's career. Or not.

I want to see jmm fight Erk minus the $$$ demands. If he wins, then he has earned bragging rights over Erik. Until then Erik > jmm

Yeah me too, I have no doubt Marquez would beat him at this point. It just comes down to which weight are we talkign about. At 135 and gloves of choice, Marquez would dominate, at 140 it would be a good fight to determine how well Marquez carries a couple of pounds extra. Ultimately, I think Marquez has aged better than Morales and Marquez is no Maidana. It would be kind of pointless at this point to claim someone is better based on a fight between them, nevertheless it would be good for entertainment purposes.

I've been a boxing fan since the 90s when Roy was in his prime and Holyfield was still a top HW. TBH with you I am not interested in neither Morales or Barrera, I already admitted to being bias and not liking them anyway. As far as never seeing them goes, I wish I never have seen a fight of theirs, maybe that way i'd go along with the hype and believe what people say about them being so skillfull. I've never been impressed with them. I love Marquez's draw and loss against Pacquiao over Morales win over Pacquiao. Marquez didn't cry about no gloves like Morales did, making Pacquiao wear Winning gloves cause he was bitch-made, scared little "warrior" who got KTFO as soon as Pacquiao was able to use Reyes gloves, he did the same with Maidana.

Anyways, I shouldn't be in this convo, I am a EM/MAB hater and a big Marquez fan so it's no use arguing with me. I just couldn't resist hating.

I guess we're just gong to skip over the FACT that jmm switched his stlyle up to become more exciting, and that's when he started getting hit more. And we're also going to not talk about that morales and barrera basically refused to acknowledge his existance while they were prime.

And barrera was robbed vs jmm now?

The morales/barrera silent agreement is in force. I won't say anything.
