So let me ask you this then, Khan is now a bum according to your logic. I mean he beat Maidana but he basically survived the last 3 rounds running for his life to avoid losing to a bum like Maidana.

I think this shows more of how great Morales is and how boxing is not a sport of cavemen. It's the sweet science and Morales came in with the perfect game plan.

I think Miadana is a decent fighter, not great not a bum but Morlaes showed that he can do things in there to deny Maidana from just steam rolling him.
Where did i call khan a bum? I said his skill level is in question but i never said he was a bum. But since you brought it up. Khan is not a bum but he is very, very far from great, or rather hes barely good. I think a really good fighter puts maidana down and out by round 5. Why? Because he is that open and that crude. Sorry but for example the 140 pbf would gatti him. Thats how open and slow he is. The only thing maidana really brings to the table is a strong will. Khan is always talking about fighting floyd but any guy that can get tagged and hurt by a fighter like maidana is not ready.

let me guess, morales is on steroids too right floyd ? i mean how could he stay in the ring vs a top junior welter in his prime, how is that possible, how did he take all those punches and didnt fall, how ... steroids thats it , right floyd, and if lil floyd jr fights morales he'l ask for drug testing as well.

i could see floyd jr fightin morales and then sayin "i beat the guy who last beat pacquiao hahaha, im the best preety boy floyd"

Morales would make a lot of sense for Floyd's comeback fight, I wouldn't be surprised at all either.

Yea, I don't think that Maidana is that good man. Still kind of upset that Ortiz didn't beat him and thought that Khan could have had an easier time with him.

Again, you are going from one extreme to another. Floyd would destroy Maidana, we agree but that's not really going out on a limb...hahah

Khan is a great example I brought up because you are basically taking credit away from Morales by discrediting Maidana as some tomato can. I just don't think that's the case and people love to make statement like you did bouncing from one extreme to another.

Guys like Pac and Floyd are the ELITE of the ELITE, so losing to them isn't a shame or surprising. It doesn't take away from you is my point.

Morales is done, he is half the fighter he once was, so that's why this fight was so impressive to watch. Yes, Maidana is not great, but we knew that coming in.

What Maidana is, is a B+ fighter who can hit like a truck and has a great chin. He is a tough fight for anyone because of his style, his power and his ability to take the shots he does. Is he Floyd Jr? No but that doesn't make him trash.

I think considering all the circumstances, it's safe to say Morales put in a great performance and I'm not going to say anything to discredit what he did on Saturday night.

                That's basically my point.

                  Maidana is a curious case.

He's beaten and/or pushed fighters to the brink that are far more skilled than him, yet he looks like straight dog **** against the two fighters he was supposed to blow out.

Maybe Pacquiao slipped Morales some A-Side meth.
