Wolak and Karass are tough guys who would be perfect opponents before a Margs foght imo. Yashida would be fine but we all know you will just say Cotto beat a feather fisted bum who got lucky against a hype job lol

If only that dumb trainer of Margarito had saved him for 2 more rounds of carnage. tsk tsk tsk
he's a young trainer who had a guy in his corner who probably would have beat him down if he stopped the fight. Garcia should have stopped it though, no doubt.

Worry about Chavez Jr. and the bums he has been fighting for over 40 fights now. You exist to bytch about every fight Cotto or Juanma take but when it's a mexican fighting a cab driver, you are the first to say "Wow this is an intersting match-up... Chavez needs to watch out for the Cabbie's crowbar early in the fight.." Buncha hypocrites.

I hope you shred your esophagus on a stale taco this weekend when you're out drinking Tequila with your aunt.

          hell no...

panda wants to see cotto fight someone tough next...karass was proposed as a comeback opponent when he lost to margarito and karass just lost to a green contender in mike jones (twice if u will). wolak beat an inactive foreman. cotto would run right through both

cotto-cintron, cotto-bundrage (indeed not likely), cotto-lara or even cotto-matirosyan would be pretty decent scraps

real talk, he beats them all.....

I would love to see Cotto - Berto, or Cotto Bundradge like you said, that would be an easy unification....

I kinda figured this would be big news... Howcome we only have a a footnote on it as opposed to a full article?

I would rather see Cotto vs Berto,Martinez,Angulo,ect... but im being realistic this will be a stay busy fight until Top Rank can cash in on a Cotto Margs rematch. Arum will not risk that fight

Valient heart at the time but a peanut brain margarito had.

Cotto should come down and blow the socks out of berto....but the fight isnt gonna hold any significance for cotto.Sadly ppl will use double standards and say berto was a boxing wonder in likes of many such as kirkland, williams, laras, angulo etc. yet somehow complain and moan on how they want berto beaten

Someones gotta do the dirty job and eventually put a stop.

I'd rather not see Cotto have to wait until September to fight Margarito when there's other options...
